1. Right click on the Download button and select "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..." to download the file in your computer.
2.. Open your saved file in Powerpoint program.(Or)
3.. Open from File from menu from top left corner of window pane, Select Open... from drop down menu, click on the ... button beside the file name and select open.
4.. Rename this file as "Your Name" or "Original title".
5.. Paste the content inside your new PowerPoint file.

7.. Click File from top left corner of window pane, select Save as from drop down menu, click on the ... button beside the file name and select save.
8.. Enter your name in Save as type box and click Save. This will change the version number of your presentation automatically which is a good practice for future access to your files.
9.. Click on the View tab on bottom left of window pane, Click on Presentation Views from drop down menu, Select Slide Sorter View from the options given.
10.. Click on View tab at bottom left again, Click on Slide Show tab, then click From Beginning button to view presentation as it is now.
11.. Your presentation is ready for use. You can also save it again again using Save As method.

You can also view your presentation on Browser by click on the Office button on top left of window pane, select Open in Browser... from drop down menu, type in Address bar of browser about:blank Now click on Go.... button to make sure your presentation is working before publishing it to different share sites or youtube.(Or)
13.. You can also view your presentation on Youtube by clicking on the File tab at top left, select Publish to web from drop down menu, click on YouTube icon instead of Save As button then follow instructions to upload your presentation into youtube using its account.
